The Escuela de Teatro Político (Political Theatre School) is a project of popular education exploring activist mobilization of different forms of performance based in Teatro Popular La Otra Cosa in Buenos Aires. Huge Sillytoe studied at the escuela and formed part of the crew of the space throughout 2017. During this time the group collectively combined elements of theatre of the oppressed, Brechtian epic theatre, clown, choral singing, and community theatre within street interventions and staged shows in locations across Buenos Aires.
